Are you an Edinburgh Leisure personal trainer?+
I’m an independent personal trainer who coaches at Edinburgh Leisure’s Meadowbank Sports Centre. Forsyth Fitness is my own business, so your programme, coaching and support all come directly from me.
Do I need an Edinburgh Leisure membership?+
No. Gym access for your sessions is included when you train with me, so there’s nothing extra to join or pay for.
Is parking free?+
Yes. There’s a free car park right outside the centre, with spaces available throughout the day.
What times can I train?+
Sessions run Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm, so you can train before work, at lunch or during the school run gap.
Will the gym be busy or intimidating?+
It’s a bright, spacious community gym rather than a hardcore one. I meet you at reception and you’re coached the whole time, so you never have to find your own way around.
Are there changing rooms and lockers?+
Yes. Meadowbank has changing rooms, showers and lockers, so it’s easy to train on the way to or from work.
